Responsibilities
Administer Compensation management and Performance management systems and ensure the related activities are conducted within stipulated timelines.
Onboarding process for the new employees.
Work closely with HR Advisors and other internal partners.
Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
Facilitate the entire recruiting process, including; creating and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and creating offer packages.
Calculate the correct monthly salary incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system.
Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
Prepare reports for senior management and finance departments.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Recruitment.
Excellent Arabic and English communication Skills.
Experience in Human Resources Management.
Good knowledge about Benefits Administration.
Ability to administer Performance Management.
Good knowledge of Employment Law.
Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office.
Functional knowledge of the IT domain.
Bachelor’s degree in HR.
