Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads
Meeting with clients
Conducting sales presentations
Negotiating sales, and maintaining client relationships
The sales executive will create proposals, monitor competitors, and collaborate with the marketing team
Handle customer complaints
Gather market and customer information
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MUST have experience in Fit-out, Real-estate/ Broker experience & background
Sales skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
