Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to new prospective clients in the chemicals industry.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads.
Utilize various sales and marketing strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with current clients by providing excellent customer service.
Understand and anticipate client needs, and proactively offer solutions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns or issues.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, production, finance) to ensure seamless client experiences.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Regularly update client records and maintain accurate sales data.
Effectively negotiate pricing, delivery, and other terms with clients.
Identify and leverage unique selling points to secure favorable deals.
Develop and utilize persuasive communication strategies to close sales.
Possess knowledge of chemical materials (preferred but not mandatory).
Demonstrate an understanding of the properties, applications, and industry trends of various chemical products (preferred but not mandatory).
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the chemicals industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Chemicals Manufacturing or Chemicals Trading industry.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
