Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to new prospective clients in the chemicals industry.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads.
  • Utilize various sales and marketing strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, and proactively offer solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., logistics, production, finance) to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Regularly update client records and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Effectively negotiate pricing, delivery, and other terms with clients.
  • Identify and leverage unique selling points to secure favorable deals.
  • Develop and utilize persuasive communication strategies to close sales.
  • Possess knowledge of chemical materials (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the properties, applications, and industry trends of various chemical products (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the chemicals industry (preferred but not mandatory).

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Chemicals Manufacturing or Chemicals Trading industry.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
