Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and execute business opportunities in the cryptocurrency market.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategy and identify trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize deal flow and maximize value for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Perform detailed due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and manage the data room for potential investors, ensuring all necessary documents and information are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare comprehensive investor reports to keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and company performance.
- Coordinate with lawyers, internal and external shareholders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and potential partners.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support deal proposals and management decisions.
- Work closely with other departments, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and continuously improve strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in preparing data rooms and investor reports.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with lawyers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
