Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance our distribution network in all markets with a focus on the Middle East.
  • Develop and manage distributor relationships to deliver strong alignment to agreed strategy and annual business plans.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement Annual Business & Marketing Plans aligning with distributors teams.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, and activities, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring efficient quotation and order processing, and contract management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account and channel management, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to work during non-business hours and willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
