Responsibilities
Build and enhance our distribution network in all markets with a focus on the Middle East.
Develop and manage distributor relationships to deliver strong alignment to agreed strategy and annual business plans.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement Annual Business & Marketing Plans aligning with distributors teams.
Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, and activities, track performance, and generate reports.
Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring efficient quotation and order processing, and contract management.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account and channel management, preferably in the education industry.
Strong understanding of the Middle East market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Flexibility to work during non-business hours and willingness to travel within the region as required.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
