Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospects in the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop a deep understanding of company products, features, and benefits.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Customize sales pitches to highlight the value proposition and meet customer needs.
Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Recommend and implement sales strategies to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Prepare and submit sales orders, contracts, and reports accurately and on time.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage and track sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to achieve personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
