  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to achieve personal and professional growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
