Responsibilities:
Oversees periodic and preventive maintenance at all work sites, coordinating tasks among technical crews.
Prepares work permits for equipment/sites and coordinates with relevant departments.
Supervises mechanical equipment operation to ensure efficiency.
Manages team fixing mechanical faults and closing work orders.
Handles emergency issues, providing temporary and permanent solutions.
Writes daily work and technical reports.
Conducts monthly equipment inspections.
Develops technical staff and participates in training programs.
Participates in mechanical projects, selecting necessary equipment and tools.
Sets and monitors work plans for equipment via the API system.
Manages spare parts, ensuring timely withdrawal and requests.
Controls maintenance costs by managing parts withdrawal from the warehouse.
Reads and understands blueprints and equipment documents.
Adheres to safety, environmental, and quality procedures and prepares related reports.
Trains new employees and interns.
Evaluates supervised employees.
Attends meetings and organizes assigned office work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in the cement industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Effective communication and reporting skills
Ability to train and mentor staff
