Assist the Finance Manager in financial and cost accounting, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), forecasting, and budgeting.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes and compliance.
Prepare variance analysis and summary feedback on financial statements compared to budgeted figures.
Conduct project cost forecasting, budgeting, tracking, monitoring, and controls.
Maintain effective accounting systems, internal controls, and financial policies.
Support intercompany cost allocations in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policies.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities.
Implement risk management procedures based on corporate governance and risk management policies.
Collaborate with department managers to support overall business objectives.
Provide training to new and existing finance staff as per the Finance Manager’s instructions.
Work with accountants to establish annual goals and objectives.
Monitor and record financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Review and recommend improvements to existing accounting procedures.
Analyze and resolve complex financial issues.
Apply accounting principles and procedures to a variety of transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a plus).
4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
Strong experience with automated accounting systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
