Production Engineer

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment, and coordination maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control methods.
- Experience with production, planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Preferably a certification in Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other quality improvement methodologies.
