Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Implement systems for record-keeping, document management, and inventory control to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
Oversee salary and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
