Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure team members are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Efficiently manage administrative workflow, distributing tasks among team members (1 Receptionist, 1 Admin assistant, and 2 drivers), and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Implement systems for record-keeping, document management, and inventory control to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
  • Oversee salary and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
