Responsibilities:
Determine, analyze, and prioritize possible channel partners according to their capabilities to promote revenue growth and market expansion.
Create and implement strategies for channel partner recruiting, onboarding, and management.
Develop and deploy channel marketing programs and sales enablement tools in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, offering regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
Maintain good relationships with key channel partner stakeholders to ensure their continuous commitment and support.
Work with internal teams to resolve channel partner issues and provide a consistent customer experience.
Evaluate and optimize your channel partner portfolio on a regular basis to maximize revenue growth and market coverage.
Keep up to date on industry changes, the competitive landscape, and new channel prospects.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
5+ years of expertise in channel sales, partner management, or business development
Proven track record of successfully creating and maintaining channel partnerships to generate revenue growth
Outstanding communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate efficiently in a fast- paced, dynamic setting.
Willingness to travel to support channel partner activities as needed.
