- Determine, analyze, and prioritize possible channel partners according to their capabilities to
promote revenue growth and market expansion.
- Create and implement strategies for channel partner recruiting, onboarding, and management.
- Develop and deploy channel marketing programs and sales enablement tools in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, offering regular feedback and
coaching to improve results.
- Maintain good relationships with key channel partner stakeholders to ensure their continuous
commitment and support.
- Work with internal teams to resolve channel partner issues and provide a consistent customer
- Evaluate and optimize your channel partner portfolio on a regular basis to maximize revenue
growth and market coverage.
- Keep up to date on industry changes, the competitive landscape, and new channel prospects.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of expertise in channel sales, partner management, or business development
track record of successfully creating and maintaining channel partnerships to generate revenue
- Outstanding communication, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-
paced, dynamic setting.
- Willingness to travel to support channel partner activities as needed.
