Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and provide inputs to develop HCM process strategy and vision based on industry best practices.
- Implement and support SAP solutions to enhance IT cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.
- Provide guidance on improving business processes by developing detailed SAP Business Process functional and technical specifications.
- Maintain the integration of SAP Human Capital Management processes with other modules like Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Success Factors.
- Plan and conduct workshops to optimize SAP system usage and meet customer expectations.
- Manage and report the status of projects, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals using ASAP methodology.
- Represent the organization in forums for information exchange, industry discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation/support experience, including two full life cycle implementation projects as Senior Functional Consultant for SAP HCM.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources functions with demonstrated management experience in supply chain and logistics.
- SAP Certification: In HCM, Payroll, and/or Success Factors preferred.
