Collect, analyze, and provide inputs to develop HCM process strategy and vision based on industry best practices.
Implement and support SAP solutions to enhance IT cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.
Provide guidance on improving business processes by developing detailed SAP Business Process functional and technical specifications.
Maintain the integration of SAP Human Capital Management processes with other modules like Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Success Factors.
Plan and conduct workshops to optimize SAP system usage and meet customer expectations.
Manage and report the status of projects, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals using ASAP methodology.
Represent the organization in forums for information exchange, industry discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation/support experience, including two full life cycle implementation projects as Senior Functional Consultant for SAP HCM.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources functions with demonstrated management experience in supply chain and logistics.
SAP Certification: In HCM, Payroll, and/or Success Factors preferred.
