Responsibilities
- Provide support to the client on developed applications such as troubleshooting and resolution to technical bugs and CRs.
- Provide support to Implementers for any queries on the application.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
- Crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
- Presenting information through reports and visualization.
- Translate business needs to technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
- Communicate and engage with the stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure the project plan is aligned with customer requirements.
- Provide/ help in providing training to the customer on the Company products.
Qualifications
- Experience as a BI Programmer.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI).
- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Unit and functional testing.
- Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c.
- Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle BI, Web focus or any related platforms.
