Responsibilities :
Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with production teams to develop accurate production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize inventory management.
Continuously evaluate and optimize packaging costs, including raw materials, transportation, and storage.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
Oversee the procurement of packaging raw materials, components, and services.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality, lead times, and cost- efficiency.
Coordinate the shipping and movement of packaging materials from suppliers to production facilities and from production facilities to customers.
Work closely with production teams to develop and execute production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Paper & Board, Packaging Manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
Proficient in demand planning, cost management, procurement, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Proficient in Arabic and English languages.
Certifications such as APICS CSCP or CIPS Level 4 are highly preferable.
