Cross-Department Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, S&OP, and Finance departments to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Contract Management Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with third-party logistics partners, freight forwarders, and clearance agents.
Freight Optimization Develop strategies to optimize freight expenses while maintaining high service quality.
Compliance Management Monitor and ensure compliance with international regulations related to transportation and trade.
Import/Export Management Manage import and export processes, including customs documents, duties, and tariffs.
Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, including delays, damages, and legal issues.
Data Analysis Collect and analyze data related to logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommending improvements.
Leadership Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to guide and support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
Over 8 years of experience in logistics or FMCG sectors, with a proven track record in logistics management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Certifications in CSCP, PMP, or CILT.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics practices.
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
