Responsibilities
Lead and manage all digital platforms and e-commerce activities.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost online presence and drive sales.
Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Manage social media platforms in coordination with approved marketing agencies.
Oversee advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing partners.
Ensure brand consistency by updating and managing marketing materials.
Execute marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand visibility.
Create, edit, and publish web content on OpenCart CMS and other platforms.
Maintain wholesale business accounts on digital platforms.
Ensure consistent branding and quality standards across all digital channels.
Collaborate with logistics, operations, and other teams to prioritize product roadmaps.
Draft detailed product requirements based on market and customer needs.
Monitor, analyze, and report product performance metrics.
Utilize data-driven insights to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (PPC, SEO, social media, display, affiliate marketing).
Experience in data analytics, web analysis, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in WooCommerce CMS (a plus).
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills for complex challenges.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and product excellence.
