Responsibilities:
Lead a team of telesales representatives.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales results.
Set sales targets and objectives, and ensure they are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and productivity within the team.
Handle customer issues and provide resolutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of team metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and sales figures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telesales techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong motivational and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
