Lead the consolidation process, which involves aggregating financial data from various subsidiaries and business units to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring they are accurately eliminated in the consolidation process.
Assist in the coordination of annual financial audits and interact with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to the consolidation process.
Ensure compliance with the tax law and social security.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecasting process.
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Plan, assign, and review staff’s work
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in finance and audit.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance from a reputable university.
GPA of at least good.
Any additional certificate will be added value.
Experience in using ERP Systems.
Proven record of reporting.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1, C2).
Excellent command of MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
