Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

• Develop and manage BI solutions, including creating dashboards, reports, and data
visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to provide actionable
insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them
into technical requirements.
• Maintain and optimize data systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Conduct regular data analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, patterns,
and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources and enhance
existing data infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and privacy of data by implementing appropriate measures and
compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously
improve BI processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a
related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data visualization techniques.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
