Responsibilities:

  • Develop specialized electronic systems, including databases and user interfaces.
  • Update and enhance systems based on business needs, environmental changes, and technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the retail field to improve operations.
  • Ensure the stability and effectiveness of systems and infrastructure used for sales, inventory management, customer service, and monitor their performance.
  • Monitor the performance of electronic systems, ensure their stability, and provide necessary technical support.
  • Rapid and effective resolution of technical issues that arise in systems.
  • Handle databases related to products, customers, and sales.
  • Ensure data security and proper processing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze data and performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and potential issues.
  • Create periodic reports that demonstrate sales performance, financial analysis, and trends.
  • Plan and organize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution, efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operations and compliance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Analyze current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement modifications to increase efficiency.
  • Utilize modern technology and tools to enhance warehouse management processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory balance.
  • Guide and train the warehouse team, distribute tasks appropriately.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide evaluations and instructions to improve performance.
  • Communicating with the Manager of the Administrative Director about all matters concerning branch employees.
  • Engaging with the Operations Manager and Product Manager regarding matters related to branches and merchandise.
  • Connecting with branch supervisors for all matters related to electronic systems and merchandise transfer operations.
  • Collaborating with all departments and divisions within the company concerning the electronic system and internet services.
  • Communication with internet service providers and all matters related to the electronic system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field
  • Practical experience of no less than (5) years in the field of Information Technology or any related field especially (ERP systems, CRM ).
  • Delegation and Employee Management.

  • Team Management and Motivation.
  • Problem-Solving Ability.
  • Resource Management for Efficient Work Completion.
  • Experience in Developing and Managing Electronic Systems and Database Technologies.
  • Knowledge of Software Tools and Electronic Systems Techniques.
  • Strong Understanding of Warehouse and Logistics Management Operations.
