Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation and rollout of ERP features.
Monitor product performance within educational settings, adjusting strategies to align with user feedback and industry trends.
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes tailored to ERP systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies, applying them effectively in the context of product development for the education sector.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex requirements of educational institutions and translate them into actionable ERP functionalities.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple feature developments simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on software development or ERP systems.
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably with exposure to ERP systems in the education sector.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially in the context of ERP solutions.
Experience with Agile development tools, such as Jira, specifically in projects related to educational administration and financial management.
Previous experience in developing or managing ERP systems for the education sector.
Knowledge of the unique operational and administrative challenges faced by educational institutions and how technology can solve these challenges.
