Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, and ensure timely responses.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up to date.
  • Maintain office equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition and arranging for repairs when needed.
  • Assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
