Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings, and take minutes as needed.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong business orientation and understanding of organizational operations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Proficiency in English (very good to excellent).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.
