Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings, and take minutes as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong business orientation and understanding of organizational operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English (very good to excellent).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.
