Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the African market and secure contracts for engineering projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region.
Form relationships with new clients and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients.
Coordinate closely with the technical team within the organization to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's engineering services and product portfolio to effectively promote and sell them.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform the company's sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the FMCG, automotive, packaging, food & beverage, or detergents industries.
Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is preferred.
Proven track record of securing contracts and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Africa.
