Responsibilities:
Manage telesales team and oversee their performance.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Deliver scripted sales pitches to potential customers.
Explain product features, answer questions, and overcome objections.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
Follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure future sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales efficiency and outcomes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to discuss product offerings confidently.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in telesales.
Excellent command in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication skills and a persuasive manner.
Ability to handle customer issues.
Strong negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
