  • Manage telesales team and oversee their performance.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Explain product features, answer questions, and overcome objections.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure future sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales efficiency and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to discuss product offerings confidently.


  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in telesales.
  • Excellent command in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skills and a persuasive manner.
  • Ability to handle customer issues.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
