Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate creativity, vitality, along with a positive attitude in team interactions.
  • Provide administrative and office support, addressing office needs by acquiring and delivering information as quickly as possible.
  • Efficiently prepare correspondence and emails comprehensively, while organizing and documenting incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Identify high-priority issues and professionally manage verbal instructions, contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Effectively manage work pressure, organizing and completing all office procedures with optimal time management.
  • Assist in developing company work methods and performance strategies, providing technical and functional support to the sales team.
  • Complete any other duties as required by the job within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

  • A least two years of experience in Office management.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in work.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
