Responsibilities:
Demonstrate creativity, vitality, along with a positive attitude in team interactions.
Provide administrative and office support, addressing office needs by acquiring and delivering information as quickly as possible.
Efficiently prepare correspondence and emails comprehensively, while organizing and documenting incoming and outgoing mail.
Identify high-priority issues and professionally manage verbal instructions, contributing to decision-making processes.
Effectively manage work pressure, organizing and completing all office procedures with optimal time management.
Assist in developing company work methods and performance strategies, providing technical and functional support to the sales team.
Complete any other duties as required by the job within the scope of the position.
Qualifications:
A least two years of experience in Office management.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in work.
Proficient in computer use.
Excellent command of the English language.
