Present the company's products and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the unique value proposition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing customer accounts.
Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer retention.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
Leverage CRM software and sales tools to track and report on sales activities, monitor sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align on sales strategies, share customer insights, and drive collective success.
Provide input and feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to shape product development and sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
