Support the Finance Manager in all the financial arrangements of the project including processing of financial transactions, budgeting, recording, and reporting.
Enter financial and project data into project accounting systems and update financial records.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
Collect and review data for reports.
Analyze, evaluate, and control disbursements/receipts, as well as expenditure variances against approved budgets.
Review invoices, and contribute to the preparation and processing of monthly accounts.
Provide financial status reports to the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
Working knowledge of accounting software.
University Degree in accounting, business, finance, or any related field.
