Responsibilities:
Proper management of Project Pipeline till the award stage.
CRM through continuous visits and updating Customer dataBase.
Daily navigation for New CAC opportunities.
Achieve Yearly Sales target.
Identify and direct approach to big Corporate Accounts.
Understand customer needs and propose products and solutions accordingly.
Make Air Conditioning System design through the company's Software.
Monitor and follow up installation process & commissioning in ongoing projects.
Develop account plans and identify internal/external resources required to accomplish goals.
Manage & Monitor Air Conditioning stocks owned accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or Refrigeration Engineering or any related field.
3 - 7 years experience in sales for VRF, HVAC, and mechanical products.
Knowledge of the CAC Business sales and market trends.
Good Technical understanding of CAC Systems (VRF).
B2B project experience.
Strong Customer orientation, strong communication, and presentation skills.
Good learner and continuous self Capabilities enhancement.
Self-starter, innovative, and able to work independently.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
