Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's flexible packaging solutions and products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, design, logistics, and planning to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product development and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG, Food and Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics and Polymers industries.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple destinations as required.
