Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's flexible packaging solutions and products within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, design, logistics, and planning to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and reports as required.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product development and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG, Food and Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics and Polymers industries.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to multiple destinations as required.
