Review customer demand, sales forecasts, production capacity, and integrate various business functions such as marketing, sales, production, and finance to align plans and activities.
Arrange, facilitate, and lead regular demand planning meetings, supplier planning meetings, capacity management meetings, pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings to review performance, discuss variances, and make decisions.
Provide management with statistical analysis reports to enhance decision making.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement and maintain S&OP processes and best practices to drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
4-5 years of experience in the FMCG, tobacco, or pharmaceutical industries.
Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) or equivalent certification (highly preferred).
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating meetings.
