- Provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and vision for the company across all business verticals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
- Drive business development strategies in energy, HVAC systems, power distribution, and renewable technologies, particularly solar inverters.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and trends to expand market share and revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all divisions.
- Lead efforts in sustainability, innovation, and digitization within the energy and HVAC sectors.
- Build and maintain a high-performance executive team with a focus on accountability and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in public relations activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior executive role within the energy, HVAC, power, or solar technology industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing cross-functional teams, and leading multi-million-dollar projects.
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies in energy and sustainability.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering or technical background preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong plus.
