Responsibilities
- Develop efficient delivery routes for drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Utilize tracking systems and software to monitor the status of orders in real time.
- Proactively identify any issues or delays and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues or concerns. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure orders are prepared and delivered according to company standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as delivery times, driver efficiency, and customer satisfaction ratings. Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations, preferably in the food delivery industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
