- Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with the project's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create/Review detailed test plans and schedules, considering various testing phases and types.
- Work with the testing team to design/review test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure that testing activities are carried out according to established standards and procedures.
- Ensure that the testing environment is properly set up and maintained, including required hardware, software, and configurations.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve environment-related issues.
- Define and implement defect tracking and management processes, including defect logging, tracking, and reporting.
- Generate and communicate test progress reports, including metrics, test coverage, and defect status, to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all testing activities are properly documented, and testing artifacts are organized and accessible.
- More than 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with progressive responsibility.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in large-scale Implementation Projects, preferably Government Transformation projects preferably in GCC.
