Biomedical Project Engineer

- Coordinate and manage biomedical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, budgets, and potential risks.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with medical and engineering standards.
- Support in the installation, testing, and maintenance of biomedical equipment and devices.
- Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing equipment and materials related to biomedical projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project documents, correspondence, and change orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or project coordination within the healthcare or medical device sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
