Content Strategist Consultant

- Work with the Implementation Partner and Ministry team to develop a comprehensive Arabic content strategy for the National Government Unified Platform of Oman.
- Work closely with the Ministry team to understand the objectives of the Government Unified Platform and ensure that the Arabic content strategy aligns with the objectives.
- Review, guide, and provide recommendations to ensure the Arabic Content Strategy outlines the goals, target audience, messaging, and distribution channels for content.
- Work closely with the Implementation Partner and Ministry team to conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Partner and Ministry team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure that the content is consistent with the brand's voice and style.
- Work closely with Implementation Partner and Ministry team to establish content governance and guidelines to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Implementation Partner and Ministry team to develop strategies for promoting and amplifying content through various marketing and advertising channels to increase its reach and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in developing content strategy (Arabic),
- Content creation (Arabic), and digital marketing. Should have proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Should have a strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and data- driven decision-making.
- Should have excellent Arabic and English communication and collaboration skills.
Should have knowledge of industry trends, especially in the Government Sector and best practices in content marketing.
