Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan to drive growth, profitability, and industry leadership.
- Oversee the firm's investment management activities, including portfolio construction, risk management, and investment research.
- Build and manage a high-performing executive team to effectively run all functional areas of the business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure the company maintains a robust compliance and risk management framework.
- Allocate resources and capital to support the firm's strategic objectives.
- Represent the company externally as the primary spokesperson and thought leader.
- Foster a strong, collaborative, and client-centric culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA, CFA, JD) preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the investment management industry, with at least 5-7 years serving in a C-suite or senior executive role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Extensive knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and wealth management practices.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data and models.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and fiduciary responsibilities.
