Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the people strategy and plans to drive improvement through a healthy, inclusive, engaged, and productive workforce.
  • Effective analysis and strategic workforce planning and resourcing to ensure the organization has the right skills and people for both short and long-term requirements.
  • Support organization transformation projects to drive performance and growth.
  • Building a sustainable talent pipeline across different tiers of the organization by attracting the talent which fits into the company’s values and culture, and at the same time nurturing internal talent and ensuring the appropriate action plans are in place to ensure the readiness of internal talent.
  • Driving the People Agenda, applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/ consultation, program/ project management, facilitation, and communication.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters relating to disciplinary action.
  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure actions are driving desired results.
  • Identify opportunities to maintain a positive employee environment through effective communication, policies, and practices.
  • L&D plans to facilitate the capability development of all employees and in collaboration and behavioral training.
  • Develop H&S strategy in alignment with local business needs and make the company a safe workplace by overseeing the implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Implementation of standardized policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, annual increment cycle, promotions, salary survey benchmarking, organizational changes, salaries budgeting, and planning, social security matters, and personal administration.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience with FMCG.
  • Excellent with leadership Skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
