Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both corporate and residential customers across the company's product lines.
  • Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust tactics to meet company goals. Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to upper management.
  • Develop tailored strategies for enterprise clients and large accounts, with a focus on customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and the fostering of long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the renewal process for large accounts and identify expansion opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the Sales Team Leaders and Account Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales quotas. Regularly assess team performance, provide coaching, and resolve complex sales challenges.
  • Set clear KPIs for team leaders and account managers, monitor progress, and address any performance gaps to ensure the team meets individual and collective sales targets.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure service delivery aligns with customer needs, resolve any technical challenges swiftly, and support evolving client requirements.
  • Partner with the finance department to review account profitability, manage invoicing issues, and ensure clear communication regarding payment terms and account statuses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create promotions, ensure the sales team is equipped with product knowledge, and adapt sales strategies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Actively gather feedback from key clients to inform product enhancements, and share insights with relevant departments to better align the company's offerings with customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with at least [X] years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom products and services, including broadband, voice, and data solutions for both corporate and residential clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching a sales team, with a focus on performance-driven leadership.
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with the ability to adjust sales tactics based on market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and technical teams to achieve customer and company goals.
  • Results-driven with a deep focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team success.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools.
