Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including product and service development, marketing communications, and geo-targeted marketing strategies.
  • Define and implement marketing strategies focused on achieving business objectives, particularly within the Jordan telecom market.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for broadband and internet services to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to gather consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis, using the data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer segmentation efforts, ensuring targeted and effective marketing initiatives tailored to different customer groups.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend pricing strategies, promotional offers, and new product developments.
  • Lead brand positioning and media strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure the achievement of KPIs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of telecom industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure marketing activities align with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the telecommunications sector, specifically with a focus on internet and broadband services.
  • Strong understanding of the Jordan Telecom market and its customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in brand management, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and driving collaboration across functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
