Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and continuous operation of assigned production line(s) or equipment during shifts, adhering to operational standards and business objectives.

Lead and coordinate an autonomous production shift team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages high performance and continuous improvement of key metrics.

Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability standards, promoting a proactive safety culture.

Maintain product quality by ensuring adherence to quality management systems and standards for incoming materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

Monitor and execute production plans, maximize line performance, and maintain service levels, intervening directly when necessary.

Analyze production data, identify root causes of downtime or losses, and implement corrective actions with the team.

Support maintenance activities, oversee routine checks, and coordinate with team members to address defects and equipment issues.

Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, cross-functional training, and performance guidance.
-
Promote equipment ownership and ensure accurate data entry for traceability and reporting purposes.
-
Implement standard work processes, problem-solving methods, and lean production tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

Provide smooth handovers between shifts and ensure effective communication across teams to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

3–5 years of overall manufacturing experience; minimum 2 years operating or maintaining production equipment.

Proficiency in English.

Knowledge of production systems (MES, MPA, SPA) and ERP systems (SAP, MINT) is a plus.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of lean production principles and ability to apply them in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
