- Day-to-day customer deposit and withdrawal process.
- Support sales team and attend to all Treasury-related inquiries.
- Responding to customers’ email and ticket inquiries.
- Communicate with a third-party gateway for deposit and withdrawal status.
- Has a bachelor’s degree qualified(Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- Has 1-year working experience in a corporate environment though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, love dealing with numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Someone flexible with working hours.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft suite.
