- Ubiquity Access Points
- Mitel Phone System
- Veeam Backup and replication
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Group Policy
- BitDefender antivirus suite
- Good understanding of security practices for windows workstations, windows servers, web servers, network security, and traffic scanning.
- Good understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
- Travelport booking solutions: Galileo, Smartpoint.
- Synology NAS storage.
- General IT management.
- Configuration and maintenance of CCTV systems: Hikvision, Synology Surveillance Station.
