Responsibilities
- Gather/participate in business requirement gathering sessions like interviews, workshops, and discussions with Implementation partners, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users.
- Work with Implementation partners to ensure detailed and clear documentation of business requirements is created covering all use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and other project-related requirements.
- Review and provide feedback to Ministries on the deliverables submitted by the Implementation partner.
- Support Ministries to make decisions or identify patterns or insights to build strategies by analyzing data.
- Assist in supporting users in testing the system against the defined requirements.
- Assist in change management activities, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the smooth adoption of new systems.
- Support/assist in the development of business cases for proposed projects or initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
- Act as a bridge between different stakeholders and the technical teams (implementation partners) and ensure that the solutions developed align with project objectives and deliver value to the organization.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years’ Experience as Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
- Should have worked closely with different stakeholders, including business users, clients, and subject matter experts, to gather and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Experienced in working with technical teams (developers, designers, architects) to design and validate appropriate technology solutions that align with business requirements.
- Experienced in creating various artifacts like use cases, user stories, business process models, and functional specifications.
