Analyze complex issues and provide solutions to problems related to Digital Transformation Projects.
Work closely with Ministries, Implementation Partners, and other stakeholders to identify challenges and develop strategies for improvement.
Review the deliverables/Strategies of various projects and support higher committees with strategic choices, policy decisions, program planning, etc.
Analyze the overarching vision and objectives set forth for the Digital Transformation program.
Recommend whether the initiatives are aligned with Vision 2040.
Evaluate the areas of focus covered in the program which includes but is not limited to digital infrastructure, governance structure, cybersecurity, digital skills development, research and innovation, data governance, etc.
Review initiatives in the Digital Transformation program in terms of involvement and collaboration of various stakeholders. Identify the gaps and recommend the areas for improvement.
Review the implementation plan and roadmap submitted by Implementation partners and advise whether there exists a clear timeline, specific milestones, and designated responsibilities for each action item.
Review the implementation plan and suggest whether the plan includes mechanisms for regular evaluation, feedback gathering, and adjustments as needed.
Experience in large Government Digital Transformation Programs.
Good Communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to decision-makers.
Good conflict resolution skills to address disagreements and conflicts that can arise during projects or collaborations.
