Senior IT Business Analyst

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.
- Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, spikes).
- Lead process mapping and analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively handling identified gaps.
- Manage incidents—identify, prioritize, document, and resolve to minimize operational disruptions.
- Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART), PI-planning, continuous improvement, and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in IT.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience across all business analysis phases: elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management.
- Proven backlog management experience.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong technical background and systems thinking/problem-solving skills.
