- Create a marketing calendar and plan annual budgets, strategies, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team in order to implement promotional plans and assist in increasing brand awareness and sales.
- Lead the marketing and sales team in handling social media designs, email design, digital advertising, brochures, presentations, websites, and other advertisement methods.
- Develop winning marketing campaigns and execute them in a successful manner, based on a deep understanding of the brand and its strong points.
- Detailed tracking and reporting to monitor the performance of the campaigns.
- Set and manage promotion strategies and make customers more aware of the products and services that the company offers.
- Bringing new ideas to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s websites, social media platforms, and other marketing methods.
- Collaborate with all team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Attending social events and representing the company and the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any similar field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in eCommerce and marketing.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience with sales tools.
- Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience and familiarity with online marketing and eCommerce platforms.
