Qualification
- Has 15 years of experience in financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or any similar field.
- Master’s degree in accounting.
- A CPA or CMA certificate is preferred.
- Strong technical skills
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Continuous and project-specific work organization skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall strategy is translated into the operational business plan of the company.
- Identify priorities and development of annual budgets and long-term plans to achieve annual and long-term financial objectives.
- Present the forecast income and cash flow every month on overall financial status, budget, income, expenditures, and reserves.
- Prepare and update financial statement reports report.
- Monitor the collection of the company's dues.
- Monitor the payment of the company's liabilities.
- Follow-up on all tax and audit-related matters coordinate with banks.
- Supervise the annual inventory check of assets and stores.
- Reviewing daily documents and financial & administrative procedures like daily records and invoices.
- Develop long-term plans for analysis of financial performance, cost control, benchmarking, and maintaining financial models to support business planning.
- Manage the preparation of Year End financial statement.
- Manage the preparation of the monthly accounting reports, monthly reports, yearly budget, and quarterly forecast and monitor its implementation.
- Ensure that all G/L accounts are properly reconciled every month.
- Ensure that the cost is appropriately allocated between various departments.
- Follow-up with all legal matters and administrative formalities.
- Train and guide the department staff in the proper accounting discipline.
