QA & Testing Analyst

- Provide input to the development of structured test plans, test cases and conduct UAT testing for every product release to ensure the approved business requirements are met for the system modifications.
- Contribute to the manual test strategy and provide feedback for
- Partner with Application staff and vendors to identify, record, and track defects/bugs using JIRA or similar
- Participate in the implementation of integration projects with ADHDS and third-party
- Participate in daily scrums as well as feature planning
- Assess and analyze issues reported by production users and identify root
- Coordinating the requirements, specifications, and user acceptance testing
- Participate in the implementation of integration projects with ADHDS and third-party
- Also responsible for testing new Malaffi software and system upgrades and releases and documenting, coordinating, and communicating the resolution of any issues.
- Proactively work towards making QA testing and process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in executing manual and automated QA testing, as well as in designing and developing test plans and test cases preferably from a healthcare or health information exchange industry.
- HL7 interface experience and in using SQL queries to manipulate data.
