Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance company growth and profitability.
- Provide expert advice on financing options and terms to help customers make informed decisions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the auto financing market.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, and financial institutions.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Supervise the loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on established guidelines and policies.
- Identify potential risks associated with car financing operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on loan origination, underwriting, and overall department performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or Accounting.
- Experience in finance, particularly in auto financing.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, management, and finance.
- At least 10 years in supervisory roles, with experience in auto financing.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
